I am a dynamic and insightful trainer with 15 years of experience in Learning and Development.  

I spent years honing my skills in front-of-room training before heading into consultancy. My extensive experience includes working within prisons and designing and delivering large-scale programs for top-tier firms, including the Big Four, magic circle law firms, and rapidly growing tech startups. This diverse background equips me to design and deliver impactful learning experiences across various contexts and sectors, ensuring meaningful outcomes for all participants.
