Working with an international investment bank, Susie held a workshop to determine the exact training needs across levels in the company to better understand how to link training over time. From this a competency framework and annual training plan was launched and executed, with Susie designing a series of bespoke training sessions.
Working with a womens leadership fellowship, Susie held a number of workshops to determine a set of recommendations before taking them to senior leaders at the House of Commons and a large event at the Museum of London. This work resulted in concrete commitments to apply recommendations in companies such as HSBC and the BBC as early adopters through 2019.
I worked with Susie on a project to develop a series of recommendations for policy makers around ‘parent friendly working’. I found her to be an outstanding and versatile facilitator, being equally at home when leading a group of diverse female leaders through ideation processes as she was when chairing a round table in the House of Commons with high profile stakeholders.
