Over the years I have designed and delivered hundreds of sessions in the personal development space. This has included presentation skills, personal impact, confidence, teamwork, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, leadership, line management, assertiveness, resilience, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, mindset, and change.... amongst many others!
No two sessions that I deliver are the same because no two set of needs are the same (or they haven't been so far!). Because of this, everything is a little bit bespoke.
Sometimes I work in partnership with clients from objectives design onwards, right in the detail. Sometimes sessions I design are completely fresh and brand new. Sometimes it's tailoring the tried and tested to make sure it really lands. What you can be sure of is that you're the first to see that exact design.

Based on research, we considered day-to-day challenges, the science of trust and other human skills to equip participants to maximise the potential of the people they manage who have caring responsibilities.

I worked 1:1 with a team to help each of them face their own communication barriers and address them in 60min sessions. I listened, pulled out the best content I had from 10 years of training, and delivered it 1:1.
What? Connecting Through Communication
Who? A large media company
For this team, we broke down the difference between communicating at people and connecting with them. We focussed on areas such as listening, communication killers, trust and relationships.
