Training - Sessions and Programmes

Off-the-shelf training never quite hits the mark, thats why I spend time working with my clients to understand their complex needs and the specific outcomes they want to achieve before heading into design mode. Of course then the 15 years of delivery experience means I have a treasure chest of approaches, but I always bring something new and unique, and the approach is never the same twice. 


Because no organisation, team, or context is the same either. 


I design to whatever topic is neededL Management, communication skills, managing up and influence, personal brand, presentation skills, coaching skills, conflict, resilience, change.. the list goes on. Whatever the topic my focus is on impact and sustainable change, and making the most of every minute of invested time. 

What? Presenting with clarity and confidence  

Who? A brand new sales team within a software company 

  

Rooted in positive psychology, this session focussed on how to be authentically yourself, manage your fears and get your message across clearly. 

What? Co-Active Feedback 

Who? An educational charity as part of their culture strategy


Co-Active feedback is a radical redesign, creating open and honest communication and culture change. 

What? Line Management Relationships

Who? A fin-tech company, shifting to scale-up 


Participants spend time understanding who they are as managers, their unique context and who their teams are. With this in place, we run at some of the biggest challenges in line management.  


What? Parent Positive Supervision

Who? A retail bank   


Based on research, we considered day-to-day challenges, the science of trust and other human skills to equip participants to maximise the potential of the people they manage who have caring responsibilities.  


What? 1:1 communication skills training 

Who? A UK charity 


I worked 1:1 with a team to help each of them face their own communication barriers and address them in 60min sessions. I listened, pulled out the best content I had from 10 years of training, and delivered it 1:1. 


 

What? Connecting Through Communication

Who? A large media company 

 

For this team, we broke down the difference between communicating at people and connecting with them. We focussed on areas such as listening, communication killers, trust and relationships.
