I believe that training assumes that the experts know best, that giving advice assumes that I know best, and that coaching assumes that you know best. And that is why I love it.
I have spent 12 years working in learning and development:. I have trained on most topics to most audiences with the same focus - to help people thrive.
In 2020 I took my ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. I purposely chose a challenging course to have a holistic and thorough training experience (I love a challenge!).
My number one commitment to my clients is to focus on them completely. Listening and getting to the heart of what they really need. My background in training and learning theory is a practical support to my clients (especially those who love models!).
I have worked with clients at the big four, global banks, national charities and the public sector, from CEO's to graduates and middle managers. I believe coaching is for everyone.
The process works like this: Clients get in touch for a discovery call to consider how we might work together and then we move forward to scedule a block of sessions. Typically this is 6 sessions running every two weeks but this is completely flexible.
Susie was a pleasure to work with. Her friendly and warm style leads you to feel at ease and yet the sessions were challenging - well thought out and incredibly personal to me. Having tried coaching unsuccessfully before working with Susie has changed my opinion of the power and impact of a good coach.
The best investment you can make in your personal and organisational leadership. An hour coaching often produced days worth of problem-solving strategies, helped get to the root of issues and left me with a sense of productivity, efficacy and determination. Susie creates a productive, structured, open and personal environment. Her support is a must for any leader!
